1. Order Cancellation Conditions
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of its validation, provided it has not yet been shipped. In this case, you can directly contact our customer service to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since its confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and, if necessary, any other information that identifies the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and proceed with the refund according to the established timelines.
3. Refund Procedure
After confirmation of the return, we will process the refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We are committed to finalizing the process as quickly as possible after validation.
